White noise is a random signal (or process) with a flat power spectral density. In other words, the signal contains equal power within a fixed bandwidth at any center frequency. The mind tries to squeeze through the multiwave fluctuation overrun in order to set itself free. It's necessary to overcome the white thin membrane (like that of a placenta) to get born into self-awareness. The white noise overwhelms any other waves therefore the voice is mute and the image is hardly seen.
